Asian Pears have a crunchy texture and creamy white flesh that is exceptionally juicy with a sweet low acid flavor and fragrant aroma. Their skin is a yellow russet color often speckled with small brown spots. Asian Pears maintain their crisp texture long after being picked and are often described as having the texture of an apple and the flavor of a pear.

Our pears are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
